Product Description

The 18,270 gallon (435 BBL) larger mix tank offers the ideal storage solution for liquids requiring constant mixing to prevent settling or separation of liquids. These tanks offer an ideal solution across a range of industries and applications:

• Storage of crude oil, chemical waste or slurry at refineries
• Controlled agitation of liquids at power plants
• Prepare and store drilling mud, cement, sand, and additive binders
• Mix components of high-viscosity fracking fluids
• Silica sand mixing
• Making ceramic beads for insulation

Smooth interior walls and no internal rods or corrugations make cleanup more efficient. A consistent mix rate is achieved via two individually controlled 10 HP motors and material is easily accessed via multiple drain ports. Tanks are fitted with tools to minimize downtime and maximize mixing efficiency. ​​​​

• Three (3) easily accessible 22" side-hinged sidewall manways
• One (1) front and one (1) rear 6" valved fill/drain port
• Rear 4" fill line
• Fixed rear axle for increased maneuverability
• Nose rail cut-out for easy access when installing hose and fittings
• 2" steam line
• 4" vent with 1 lb. pressure/.4 oz vacuum pressure relief valve
• Four (4) 10hp individually controlled motors, with dual paddle arms, wired to a NEMA 7 panel
• One auxiliary port front and one auxiliary port rear
• Two (2) top connection ports for vapor recovery
• Two (2) 36" top manways
• 480-volt three-phase power required for use of all four mixers
• Motors require 15 amps each
