We have limited space for storage. Do you have smaller storage tanks we can use?+
Yes. Our 8,400-gallon (200 BBL) closed-top mini multipurpose tank is ideal for storage in places where space is a constraint.
We have a storage requirement where the temperature of the liquids needs to be maintained irrespective of external temperature. Do you have a solution for this?+
Our closed-top 21,000-gallon (500 BBL) insulated frac tanks are perfect for your requirement. They retain the temperature of stored liquids even during the coldest winters. Liquids stored at 104⁰F lose only 9⁰F over 72 hours, compared to 59⁰F in non-insulated tanks.
What material is used to insulate the tanks?+
Expanded polystyrene (EPS) panels are used to insulate the tank. EPS can withstand extreme temperatures, is moisture-resistant and recyclable, and does not harm air or groundwater.
What material are frac tanks made of?+
Frac tanks are mostly made of stainless steel. Stainless steel ensures water isn’t contaminated, which is necessary for certain projects.
We are not sure about the specific type of tank we need. Can your team help me determine what will work best for our needs?+
