Do the tanks have an epoxy coating?+
Yes, Adler Tank Rentals’ rent-ready solutions are protected with an epoxy coating. To preserve the epoxy coating and protect the tanks and boxes from scale and rust, we recommend storing materials between the pH of 5 and 9.
What are the rules or regulations for how these tanks should be placed around the premises?+
In addition to the federal UST regulations, compliance with Kansas Storage Tank Act KSA 65-34 is necessary for using frac tanks for the temporary storage of petroleum or other hazardous materials. The exceptions are the farm or residential tanks (1,100 gallons or less) for storing non-commercial motor oil, stormwater or wastewater collection systems, Kansas department of agriculture regulated storage tanks for agriculture materials, and pipeline terminals.
